Haven Logan, Ph.D. has degrees in sociology, education, social work, and health psychology. As a psychotherapist and program director she has specialized in the treatment of eating disorders and weight management for m ore than 20 years. She has spoken about these subjects to hundreds of groups, as well as, on radio and television. In 2002 Dr. Logan’s book Choosing to Be Well: A Conscious Approach to a Healthier Lifestyle was published. This book explores the question of why people don’t do the things they know they should for their health.
