Mike Reynolds is a professional wedding photographer and a lifelong resident of Fresno.  He became the driving force behind Three Strikes and You're Out following the murder of his daughter Kimber.  Mike has continued to be an advocate for tough anti-crime laws.

Bill Jones was elected California's Secretary of State in 1994.  The previous 12 years he served as state assemblyman representing portions of the state's Central Valley.  He holds a BS degree in agribusiness and plant science and is a partner in his family ranching business in western Fresno County.

Dan Evans has worked for over 13 years as an assistant to California Secretary of State Bill Jones.  He is a graduate of California State University, Fresno with a BA in journalism and a MA in mass communications.  As administrative assistant to then-State Assemblyman Bill Jones, Dan was closely involved with the fight to pass the legislative version of Three Strikes.
